Boxing (Beginner)

Are you new to boxing and don’t know where to start? Our beginner classes focus on the basics of boxing techniques. You will still be challenged and have fun! Our coaches will guide you through a series of combos and help you with your skills.

Boxing Conditioning

Welcome to your perfect lunch break workout. During this 1 hour class we will be pushing you to your limits with a series of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workouts. Cycle through a series of workouts that will target every inch of your body.

Boxing (Advanced)

Once you’ve mastered our Beginner Boxing class, you can improve your skills even further through expert instruction and live sparring with our coaches in our Advanced Boxing classes.
