Welcome to The Cave, Astoria’s first boxing gym. Located in the heart of Astoria right on Steinway, we offer state-of-the-art equipment including a 16x16ft boxing ring.

Our boxing gym is accessible to all levels from complete beginners to seasoned professionals.

Our classes focus on making you a better boxer and include technique, combinations, and sparring.

Your first class is always free. Wraps and gloves are required for all classes (but we’ll provide gloves for your first class). Please bring a photo ID and be prepared to sign a waiver.

Membership is $89/month and includes unlimited classes and gym access.
